Part of an embedded team working for Nike's digital design team. We designed a handful of features for the Nike Run Club App including: audio guided runs, cheers, friend finding, challenges, and routes for both iPhone and Nike+ Apple Watch.
In addition, I worked on a team that produced a series of digital style guides to bring a cohesive look across all of Nike's digital products. This consisted of a toolkit of responsive sketch modules and comprehensive documentation.
I also had the privilege of working on the team responsible for redesigning the voice and visual style of Nike's email marketing. We designed over 120 emails sent out over the 2017 holiday season. From that experience, we took our learnings and established a new visual guideline that is currently being used.
I worked on a team responsible for a methodical website redesign for each of Billabong's six major core brands. Each site relaunch included: front-end redesign, back-end optimizations, and deep integration with their new omni-channel platform.
As part of this replatforming, I led the website redesign for Element, VonZipper, and Amazon Surf - all slated for launch in early 2018. Throughout each project we worked closely with key stakeholders and executive leadership from each brand across multiple departments.
Also, I was apart of the team responsible for Billabong's website redesign. During this project, I assisted in design and collaborated with third-party design agencies to ensure that they maintained the brand's core identity. After completing the design phase, I worked closely with the development teams. This included, coding specific aspects of the site and helping manage multiple vendors throughout the project.
Additionally, I lead the design for the Billabong Surf Report App. Throughout the project, our team took a data-driven approach, using athlete interviews and user data to help direct design decisions and app features. The process allowed us to continuously improve early prototypes and perform ongoing testing during each design stage. As the lead designer, I worked closely with our developers from start to finish. In addition to my hands-on involvement in design and development, I managed the timeline in order to successfully hit our target dates and milestones.
Lastly, I designed a handful of digital marketing campaigns and landing pages/micro sites and experimented with in-store touchscreen experiences using various technologies like bluetooth beacons.
I primarily worked on a team that is currently building a project management platform. I spearheaded the design process from inception to implementation. Over the course of my time at Neudesic, I progressed from handing off static PSDs to becoming the front-end developer. Including, coding select features and maintaining clean code across the entire front-end system.
In addition, I redesigned the Neudesic Pulse website to help consumers learn about the product and its benefits. I also worked on a redesign for a social platform called the Firm Directory.
I oversaw and lead the core design team from start to production. I was ultimately responsible for the art direction and print production of the entire 108 page F/W FIDM 2014 Mode Magazine.
I formulated the brands creative direction and executed the design throughout the branding. Which included: web projects, app UI, pitch-decks, etc.
I spearheaded creative direction for all projects including: advertising, apparel, web, branding, and tech pack/spec sheets. I gained invaluable knowledge and experience of the apparel industry and production process, while building a new clothing line from the ground up.
I worked for the agency on various design projects from branding to UI.
